Preparation : Saute onion in butter until brown. Remove sausage from casing and add with beef to pan. Cook until brown and crumbly. Remove from heat and mix in garlic, green onion,parsley and half the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Beat eggs till blended. Stir in half and half. Spread meat into shell and pour egg mix over. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375F. for 30-35 minutes or until set.
