Preparation : Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a jelly roll pan. Beat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, butter, vanilla and eggs in a bowl with a mixer at low speed, until just blended. Contstantly scrape bowl with spatula. Increase speed to medium, beat two minutes, occacionaly scrape bowl. Gently fold in blueberries and nuts. Spread batter into pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pan, on rack. Cut cake cross wise into five strips. Cut each strip into five pieces. Feel free to print out this recipe, link to it, or write it down for your personal, non-commercial use.
