Preparation : Cut meat into serving size portions. Coat with flour, brown in oil. Remove from shallow baking dish, season with a little salt and pepper. Add onions to skillet, cook slowly, stirring occasionally until onions are tender and well browned. Place onions a top meat. Add broth to skillet and deglaze. Pour over meat and onions.
