Recipe : Cheesed potatoes in foil


Ingredients for Cheesed potatoes in foil
3 Large baking potatoes, sliced thinly
5 Slices bacon, cooked crisply
1 Large onion, sliced
2c.Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2c.Butter

Preparation :

Place sliced potatoes on a large pice of foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over top. Add onion and cheese. Divide butter evenly on top. Stir ingredients gently. Bring up edges of foil, leave space for expansion. Seal with a double fold. Place on a grill and cook over coals for about 1 hour, turn several times.
