| Recipe : Chicken and potato parmesan for two | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Preparation : Stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper. Dip chicken breasts in mixture of egg and water. Coat with breadcrumbs. In skillet, cook chicken on both sides in hot oil untill brown. In a casserole dish, arrange the sliced potato. Place chicken on top of potatoes. Stir together tomato sauce, oregana and a dash of garlic powder. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
