Preparation : Cut chicken into 24 pieces. In bowl, mix chicken, marmalade, soy sauce, salt, ground ginger and garlic powder. Set aside. Pre-heat broiler. Arrange baking slices on broiler rack. Broil bacon 4 minutes, or until partially cooked, turning once. Cut each bacon slice in half, crosswise. Rap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Place on rack or broiling pan, broil 5 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender, turning once and brushing with sauce mixture.
