Recipe : Chicken liver pate


Ingredients for Chicken liver pate
8oz.Frozen chicken livers, thawed
1/2c.Water
1/4c.Chopped onion
3 Slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4c.Butter
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1/4tsp.Thyme leaves
1/4tsp.Dry mustard
1/8tsp.Garlic salt

Preparation :

Combine livers, water, bouillon, onion and thyme in small pan. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or untill livers are done. Cool mixture, drain and reserve 1/4 cup broth. In small mixer bowl, combine livers, reserved broth and remaining ingredients. Add a dash of pepper. Beat on high speed until creamy. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours.
