Recipe : Chicken livers in wine sauce


Ingredients for Chicken livers in wine sauce
1lb.Chicken livers, cut in half
1tsp.Garlic
1/2tsp.Salt
2Tbsp.Margarine
1/2c.White wine
1/4tsp.Pepper

Preparation :

Melt butter, add garlic and livers. Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove livers, add wine, salt and pepper. Stir untill about 1/4 cup liquid remains. Pour over top of cooked livers.
