Recipe : Creamed carrots


Ingredients for Creamed carrots
2c.Sliced carrots
1c.Celery, diced
1/2tsp.Salt
1/2c.Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2c.Cracker crumbs
1pkg.White sauce
2Tbsp.Butter

Preparation :

Cook carrots and celery in a small amount of salted water, until just tender. Drain. Follow package directions on white sauce. Melt cheese in white sauce. Place vegetables in a small casserole dish, top with white sauce. Melt butter, add crumbs, stir over medium heat, until golden brown. Top casserole with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
