Recipe : Crust beef, cheese and noodle casserole


Ingredients for Crust beef, cheese and noodle casserole
2Tbsp.Vegetable oil
1 Medium onion chopped
2lb.Ground beef
4 Cans meatless mushroom spaghetti sauce
2c.Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1tsp.Salt
1lb.Fine noodles, cooked and drained

Preparation :

Heat oil. Add onion and cook until golden. Add meat and cook until meat loses red color. Add spaghetti sauce and salt. Arrange in casserole dish, half of the noodles, half of the sauce and half of the cheese. Make another layer of the remaining noodles, remaining sauce and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325F for one hour.
