Preparation : In a large bowl, combine cabbage and salt. Let stand for one hour. Squeeze juice out of cabbage, and place in mixing bowl. Add remaining vegetables. In a sauce pan, add vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed. Bring to a boil. Boil for one minute. Cool until lukewarm, pour over cabbage mixture.
