|Recipe : Glazed ham balls|
Heat oven to 350F. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, salt and milk. Shape into balls. Arrange balls in single layer on large baking pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. While meat is baking, drain pineapple and reserve 1/2 cup juice. Place juice, brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard in pan, heat to boiling. Remove ham balls to a 3 quart casserole dish, discarding fat. Pour juice over balls. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pineapple and bake 15 minutes longer.
