Recipe : Hamburgers Teriyaki


Ingredients for Hamburgers Teriyaki
1lb.Ground beef
1/4c.Minced green onions
1/2tsp.Cracked pepper
1/4c.Catsup
3Tbsp.Teriyaki sauce
1tsp.Onion salt
4 Hamburger buns, split

Preparation :

Mix first five ingredients. Shape into four patties. Place on a grill over medium coals. Cook about 10 minutes, turning once. Spread cut part of buns lightly with butter and sprinkle with onion salt. During last 2-3 minutes of cooking burgers, toast buns on grill, cut side down, until golden.
