Preparation : Mix first five ingredients. Shape into four patties. Place on a grill over medium coals. Cook about 10 minutes, turning once. Spread cut part of buns lightly with butter and sprinkle with onion salt. During last 2-3 minutes of cooking burgers, toast buns on grill, cut side down, until golden.
