Recipe : Julie's favorite spaghetti sauce

Ingredients for Julie's favorite spaghetti sauce
2	lb.	Ground beef
1		Green pepper, chopped
2		Cans tomato paste (12oz. each)
4	c.	Water
1	Tbsp.	Sugar
1	tsp.	Oregano leaves
1		Bay leaf, crumbled
1/2	c.	Onion, chopped
1		Can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
2		Envelopes spaghetti sauce mix with mushroom (1 1/2 oz. each)
1	tsp.	Salt
1/2	Tbsp.	Garlic, minced

Preparation :

Brown beef and onions in large sauce pan. Drain fat. Combine with all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
