Ingredients for Lemon pudding cheesecake
1pkg.Cream cheese (8oz.)
2c.Milk
1pkg.Lemon instant pudding
1 Graham cracker pie crust

Preparation :

Soften cream cheese, blend with 1/2 cup milk. Add 1 1/2 cup milk to pudding mix. Beat slowly with beater, just until well mixed. Pour into crust and chill.
