Recipe : Mystery pecan pie


Ingredients for Mystery pecan pie
1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
1/3c.Sugar
1/4c.Sugar
4 Eggs
2tsp.Vanilla
1pkg.Cream cheese (8oz.)
1 1/4c.Pecans, chopped
1c.Light or dark corn syrup

Preparation :

Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla in a small bowl until creamy. Set aside. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl until blended. Add 1/4 cup sugar, corn syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla. Blend well. Spread cream cheese mix in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans, gently pour corn syrup mixture over pecans. Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes, or until center is firm to touch.
