Ingredients for Angel Cake
11Egg whites
1 1/2cPowdered sugar
1Tsp.Vanilla extract
1cFlour
1Tsp.Cream of tartar

Preparation :

Beat egg whites to a stiff froth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Combine flour and cream of tartar. Sift four times. Next, combine with eggs and beat lightly but thoroughly.

Bake for fifty minutes in an ungreased pan. Cut out when cold.
