Preparation :

Remove the green leaves from the celery stalks and clean and wash them. Throw them into boiling water and boil fast for 20 minutes.

Drain and dry well. Place them on a dish, and pour the tomato sauce, or tomato paste diluted with hot water, over them to finish.
