Ingredients for Clam chowder
1ptClams
2Onions (chopped fine)
2Tbsp.Butter
2Egg yolks
2Tbsp.Flour
Salt
Parsley
Cayenne pepper
1/2TspAllspice
4Hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1/2ptSherry
1qtWater

Preparation :

First, cut the soft part of the clams in two pieces. Then, mince the tough part very fine and boil in water for one hour.

Add the soft clam parts and boil another thirty minutes.

Now add the milk, flour, and other ingredients. Stir.

When ready to serve, add sherry.
