Ingredients for Clam fritters
Clams
1Egg
1cMilk
1cBread flour
Salt

Preparation :

Start by beating the egg with half the milk. Add flour gradually, this makes the batter smoother.

Season with salt and add the remaining milk.

One at a time, put each clam into one teaspoonful of batter and deep fry. Serve hot.
