Recipe : Codfish Giardiniera


Ingredients for Codfish Giardiniera
1Lb.Codfish (salted)
1Carrot (peeled and sliced)
1/2Turnip (peeled and sliced)
1/2Tbsp.Butter
Water

Preparation :

Boil the codfish. Remove the skin and bones. Shred the fish.

Next, boil vegetables for a few moments. Drain off the water, and place into a saucepan with the butter and finish cooking them (add a little boiling water from time to time).

Once the vegetables are fully cooked add the codfish. Mix well and serve.
