Recipe : Codfish with egg sauce


Ingredients for Codfish with egg sauce
1lb.Salt codfish
Butter
Parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper
Water
2Egg yolks
Flour
Lemon Juice

Preparation :

Boil the fish and remove the skin and bones.

Next, lightly fry it in butter, adding parsley, salt, and pepper.

Stir about constantly, and add boiling water from time to time, until the fish is fully cooked.

Beat the yolks and add a little flour to them. Cook for a few moments more.

Squeeze on some lemon juice and serve.
