Recipe : Codfish with white wine


Ingredients for Codfish with white wine
3/4lb.Codfish
Butter
Salt and pepper
1/2glassDry white wine
Four
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Parsley (chopped)

Preparation :

Start by removing the the bones from the codfish. Next, cut it into slices lengthwise.

Butter a baking-dish, and place the fish in it, put more butter on top.

Top with some salt and pepper, and the dry white wine. Cook for twenty minutes in a hot oven.

Poort the juice left over in the baking-dish into a saucepan. Add a little flour, some more butter, and the lemon juice. Add the parsley right before removing the pan from the fire.

Place the codfish on a platter and pour the sauce over the fish. Serve.
