|Recipe : Fried Celery|
Remove the green leaves, and cut the stalks of the celery in pieces about 1 inch in lenght. Carefully wash them and place into boiling water for 15 minutes. Dry celery on a napkin.
Mix beaten egg with a little stock and salt and pepper. Dip the celery in this mixture and then roll them in the bread crumbs. Fry in boiling olive oil and serve.
