Recipe : Fried fish Balls


Ingredients for Fried fish Balls
1cSalt codfish
4Small potatoes
1Egg (beaten)
1/2Tbsp.Butter
1/8Tsp.Pepper
Salt (to taste)

Preparation :

Wash the fish and tear it into small pieces. Wash and pare the potatoes.

In gently boiling (unsalted) water, cook the fish and whole potatoes until potatoes are soft.

Drain and dry potatoes and fish. Mash them and add the egg, butter, pepper and salt. Beat until light.

Fry in portions of one tablespoon, no more than six at a time. Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve at once.
