Ingredients for Italian Salad
1Carrot (peeled and sliced)
1Turnip (peeled and sliced)
2Potatoes (boiled, cold and diced)
1Beet (cut into strips)
Onion (chopped)
Lombarda sauce
Water-cress

Preparation :

Cook the carrot and turnip. When cold, mix them with the potatoes and beet. Sprinkle with a very little chopped onion.

Pour some Lombarda sauce over the salad, and garnish with water-cress to finish.
