Recipe : Lentil Soup


Ingredients for Lentil Soup
3Tbsp.Dried lentils
1/2Tbsp.Butter
2Tbsp.Cream
Meat stock

Preparation :

Cover lentils with water and boil until they are soft. Pass through a colander or asieve.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the lentils and cream, mixing well.

Add a ladleful of the stock, and boil for a few minutes. Add the rest of the desired amount of stock, adding only a ladleful at a time.
