Recipe : Lettuce Soup


Ingredients for Lettuce Soup
1Small head of lettuce
Meat stock
2Potatoes
The leaves of a head of celery
2Tbsp.Peas, fresh or canned
1Tbsp.Flour
Little squares of fried bread

Preparation :

Put potatoes (cold boiled) into the stock when it boils, add celery leaves, lettuce, peas, and flour mixed well with a little cold stock or water.

Boil for one hour and a half. Serve with little fried bread squares.
