Recipe : Lima beans with ham


Ingredients for Lima beans with ham
3/4lb.Lima beans (young and tender)
1Tbsp.Butter
Parsley (chopped)
1Small onion (chopped fine)
3oz.Raw ham (chopped)
2-3Tbsp.Stock
Fried bread (diced)

Preparation :

Put the lima beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes to whiten.

Next, put into a saucepan the butter, chopped parsley, and onion. Once the onion is fried, add raw ham, also chopped up. Once the ham is fried, add the lima beans.

Add the stock a little before the lima beans are cooked.

Serve with dices of fried bread to finish.
