Recipe : Parmegiana Onions


Ingredients for Parmegiana Onions
6Onions
1 1/2Tbsp.Parmesan cheese
2Hard boiled eggs
Parsley (chopped)
Olive oil
1Tbsp.Melted butter
Flour

Preparation :

Remove the centers from the onions with an apple corer.

Mix the hard boiled eggs, parsley and 2 Tbsp. of Parmesan cheese. Mix well as this will be used as a stuffing. Place mixture in the onion centers.

First boil the onions and then roll them in flour. Next, fry them in olive oil.

Place onions in a baking dish the with remaining Parmesan cheese and melted butter. Put into an oven and bake until golden.
