Preparation :

Place the peanuts in an oven to heat them.

Put the sugar in an iron pan and stir constantly over low heat. Continue until sugar changes to a light brown syrup.

Next, add the peanuts to the syrup and stir as quickly as possible. Immediatly poor the mixture into a pan (not buttered).

Once slightly cool, cut into squares and allow to fully cool.
