Preparation :

Combine and mix all the ingredients except the egg.

Separate the egg. Beat the yolk into the potato mixture. Beat the white and add to the potato mixture by cutting and folding-in.

Place mixture (portions of one spoonful) on a buttered baking sheet and bake in an oven.

Once the egg is cooked and the top brown, the puffs are done. Serve at once.
