Recipe : Rhubarb sauce


Ingredients for Rhubarb sauce
Rhubarb (unpeeled)
Sugar
Water

Preparation :

Put the rhubarb (cut into one inch pieces) in a casserole.

For each cupful of rhubarb, add one tablespoonful of water. Cover and simmer until soft.

Once cooked, add 1/3 to 1/2 cupful of sugar for each cup of cooked rhubarb.
