Recipe : Stuffed tomatoes


Ingredients for Stuffed tomatoes
6Tomatoes
2cBread crumbs
1 1/2Tsp.Salt
1Dash of pepper
1/4Tsp.Marjoram
1/4Tsp.Savory
1/4Tsp.Thyme
2Tbsp.Butter

Preparation :

Start by washing the tomatoes. Remove a slice on top and remove seed portions.

Add marjoram, savory, and thyme to the breadcrumbs. Add butter and mix well.

Stuff the tomatoes with the breadcrumb mixture and place them in an oiled baking pan.

Bake slowly (around 20 minutes), until tomatoes are soft but not broken. Crumbs should be brown.
