Ingredients for Tomatoes with eggs

Bechamel sauce

Preparation :

Peel tomatoes and cut off their tops. Remove their insides and drop a raw egg into each. Return the top as a cover.

Place the tomatoes in a baking-dish and bake for about 10 minutes, until the eggs are set.

Serve up in the baking-dish very hot, with Bechamel sauce.
