Preparation : Put the slices of pork into the stock. Add tomatoes, onions, and rice. Boil until the rice is cooked.
Next add beans and peas and cook a little longer. The soup will be ready when it is thick.
This chowder can also be made with fish broth. Add some shrimp (remove shells) for that extra touch.
