Ingredients for Vermicelli With Olive Oil And Anchovies
1/2LbVermicelli
3Anchovies (cut up fine)
4Tbsp.Olive Oil
Salted Water

Preparation :

Boil the vermicelli in salted water and drain well.

Place the anchovies and olive-oil in a saucepan. Fry the anchovies in the oil.

Next, place the vermicelli into the saucepan. Mix for a few moments on the stove and serve.
