Preparation : Start by rubbing sugar, salt and lard into the flour. Next, dissolve the yeast in the water.
Combine all ingredients and mix, adding enough milk to make a stiff dough. Let rise overnight.
Push down the dough and let rise again. Next, knead and place in a loaf pan.
