Recipe : Oven roasted potato wedges


Ingredients for Oven roasted potato wedges
6 Baking potatoes, unpeeled
2Tbsp.Vegetable oil
1/2tsp.Salt
1/2tsp.Pepper
1/4tsp.Paprika

Preparation :

Cut potatoes length wise into 1/2 inch strips. Mix vegetable oil, salt, pepper and paprika in a large bowl. Add potato wedges and toss. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake in 450F oven for 20 minutes, turning potatoes once during baking.
