Preparation : Cut meat into four portions. Mix flour and salt, pound into meat. Set aside remaining flour. Brown meat in small amount of oil. Place meat in shallow baking dish. Blend remaining flour with drippings in skillet. Add remaining ingredients, except for cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Pour over meat, cover and bake at 350F for two hours.
