Recipe : Parmesan potatoes


Ingredients for Parmesan potatoes
1/4c.Butter
1/2c.Grated Parmesan cheese
4 Medium baking potatoes
1tsp.White pepper

Preparation :

Preheat oven to 375F. Scrub potatoes, cut in half, length-wise. With the cut surface facing down, slice into 1/4 inch wide strips. Melt butter in a 10 inch x 6 inch x 1 3/4 inch pan. Layer potatoes in overlapping rows in the pan. Sprinkle each layer with cheese and pepper. Bake 40-50 minutes uncovered, or until potatoes are tender.
