Preparation : Spray a medium pan with non-stick spray. Brown meat in pan. Add undrained tomatoes, onion, garlic and beef bouillon. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is nearly tender. Add green peppers, simmer covered 10-15 minutes more. Meanwhile, prepare pork flavored noodles, according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add to stew. Cook and stir until mix is thick and bubbly, cooking 1-2 minutes more. On a large serving dish, put down noodles. Top with meat mixture.
