Recipe : Pork chop casserole


Ingredients for Pork chop casserole
4 Pork chops
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2c.Sour cream
1/4c.Water
2Tbsp.Parsley, chopped
4c.Potatoes, thinly sliced

Preparation :

In skillet, brown pork chops and drain. Combine soup, sour cream water, parsley and a dash of salt and pepper. In baking dish, alternate potatoes and sauce. Place pork chops on top. Cover and bakeat 375F for 1 1/4 hours.
