Recipe : Pork chops Saint Helena


Ingredients for Pork chops Saint Helena
12 Pork chops
1/4c.Dry white wine
1 1/2c.Chicken broth
2Tbsp.Cornstarch
2Tbsp.Oil
1 Can stewed tomatoes (16oz.)
1Tbsp.Seasoned salt
3c.Cooked rice

Preparation :

Brown pork chops in oil and drain. Remove oil, return pork chops. Add wine, tomatoes, 1 cup broth and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered 45 minutes. Blend remaining broth and cornstarch, stir in. Cook 2-3 minutes more. Serve over rice.
