Preparation : Heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease 2 1/2 quart dish. Spread half the potatoes evenly over the bottom. Top with the half the wieners and half sauerkraut. Spread with remaining potatoes, top with remaining sauerkraut and wieners. Bake for 45 minutes, or until lightly brown.
