Recipe : Reuben casserole


Ingredients for Reuben casserole
1 Can sauerkraut, drained (11oz.)
2Tbsp.Thousand island dressing
2pkg.Sliced corn beef, shredded (4oz. each)
2 Rye crackers, crushed
2 Medium tomatoes, sliced
2Tbsp.Butter
2c.Shredded Swiss cheese
1 Can flakey biscuits
1/4tsp.Caraway seed

Preparation :

Heat oven to 425F. Spread sauerkraut in pan. Top with tomato, dot with dressing and butter. Cover with corn beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Separate each biscuit into 3 layers, slighly overlapping biscuits. Layer on casserole to from three rows. Sprinkle with crackers and caraway seeds. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
