Recipe : Rhubarb pie


Ingredients for Rhubarb pie
1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
3Tbsp.Flour
4c.Rhubarb, coarsly chopped
1Tbsp.Water
1c.Sugar
1 Egg
1Tbsp.Butter

Preparation :

Mix flour and sugar in a bowl and set aside. Fill unbaked crust with rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar mixture over the top. Beat one egg with water. Pour over rhubarb. Dot with butter. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375F and bake about 40 more minutes.
