Recipe : Salmon patties


Ingredients for Salmon patties
1 Can salmon, drained, reserving juice (16oz.)
1/2c.Crushed cracker crumbs
1 Egg, beaten
1/3c.Reserved salmon juice

Preparation :

Mix all an shape into four large patties. Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour, or until firm. Fry in small amount of oil, on both sides, slowly.
