Preparation : Place fillets in single layer in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Let stand for 30 minutes, turn once. Remove fish, reserve sauce. Place fish in well greased broiler pan. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 4-7 minutes. Turn carefully and brush with sauce. Broil 4-6 minutes longer.
