Recipe : Spiced nuts


Ingredients for Spiced nuts
1lb.Pecan halves
1 Eggwhite
1Tbsp.Water
1c.Sugar
1Tbsp.Cinnamon
1Tbsp.Salt

Preparation :

Beat together eggwhite and water, until frothy but not stiff. Coats pecans with eggwhite mixture. Mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour onto pecan halves. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300F for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
